It has been know as Layer Cake Mountain rught from first naming it. The term “ hill “ was never used by locals of the past. No need to change the name.

Some years back, Canada was named the best country in the world in which to live. About the same time, Kelowna was named the best place in Canada in which to live. So put together, that made/makes Kelowna one of the best places in the world in which to live. Kelowna is a safe place. It does not ever need to manage large natural disasters. It does not have earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, landslides, volcanoes, tsunamis, or even much snow in the winter. Some companies have installed their Internet server installations in the area because it is so immune from catastrophe.

Aggressive and corrupt. They reportedly get a bomb threat or two, every week or two. Many people in the area seem to dislike these sociopaths in uniform. Paid off by the HA's. Take advantage of local druggies and hookers. Dictate to City Hall. Good effin luck.

May goddess help those who have to visit this corrupt and incompetent shithole. The only decent ones in the probabtion office are the cool ladies at the front desk. They're friendly and considerate, which is more than can be said for the rest of the idiots who milk tax dollars from the fearful public. Dr Kevin Stevenson, a rich and coddled forensic psychiatric shrink, is aggressive, biased, accusatory, very negative and confrontational, and grossly unethical; anyone required to see this idiot may be advised to purchase a small digital audio recorder for the sake of self-protection. Feel free to ask him, or any shrink at the public trough, about the suicide and madness rates of psychiatrists; they have one of the highest rates of self-destruction of any profession, and very high insurance rates. Ask also about how psychiatry could possibly ever be considered "scientific"; at best, the profession can be called one of entirely wishful thinking: the basic premises of psychiatry are unfalsifiable (unprovable) and every new theory or prescription drug in the end causes even more damage and confusion, as the western history of psychiatry will show. The BC courts have already ruled that the government does not have a warrant to one's entire mind. A lawyer will confirm that the only thing required at any basic probation interrogation appointment, is to politely and nonconfrontationally tell them that you've been keeping the peace and have not violated any conditions. Period. The magic statement which works with almost any bureaucracy worldwide is to credibly state (with a puzzled look on the face) that "I don't understand", and they'll most often bend over backwards to gain your all-important understanding and consent, for your own further abuse. Just keep saying you don't understand, and ask for a list of concerns or questions so you can submit it all for your lawyer's advice. The forensic psychiatrists do not have a procedure manual (which would ordinarily be available under Freedom of Info provisions) and seem to make up their rules as they go along, and quite arrogantly. One can usually find many points of gentle dispute and mild challenge. Dig your heels in and don't let the bastards grind you down.
